Following up on the initial confirmation of a new Zettai Karen Children project made earlier this year in May, Shonen Sunday has revealed the first details in its October issue ahead of the release of the 32nd volume of the manga in Japan on December 18th.

The new anime project will be known as Courtesy of Zettai Karen Children – The Unlimited – Hyôbu Kyosuke and will be a spinoff of the main storyline focusing on the aforementioned character. The new spinoff will also be animated by manglobe, the studio best known to us for animating Samurai Champloo and Deadman Wonderland with TV Tokyo broadcasting the new series.

Closer to home, Sentai Filmworks previously licensed the first Zettai Karen Children series under the title Psychic Squad and is currently available on DVD, with the fourth and final collection due next month. Now that we know more details about the new Zettai Karen Children series, who’s hoping for a simulcast?
